The oldest of seven children, I grew up enjoying good family life and a rugged, independent lifestyle on the Canadian west coast. After a family move, I finished high-school and computer college in central Ontario.

I’m a software developer, amateur philosopher, and politics junkie. Over the past 10 years I have worked among various grass-roots political and activist organizations, helping to defend basic human rights and political liberties.

The major slaughters of innocents in history could have been prevented if the populace were armed. I’m convinced that thoughtful Canadians will learn from history. Otherwise we’re doomed to repeat it.

Both of my grandfathers served overseas in World War II to save the liberty that we enjoy. If we don’t stand up and fight the non-bloody political battles for liberty now, we dishonour their sacrifice and forge our own chains.
