Bruce is currently being held in the Thunderbay area, and I'm sure he would appreciate your letters/encouragement.
Also your letters would help the guards to realize that Bruce is an honest and community-minded citizen with supporters across the country.
Note that all mail is read and approved by the guards before it gets to Bruce.
